Continuous delivery of tested updates, hotfixes, security patches, and version backports for your supported builds — plus incident support with severity-based SLAs (unlimited cases) and metered advisory hours for best-practice and usage questions.

Architecture
Xianix runs on the open-source Xians Agent Control Plane (MIT-licensed), self-hosted on your infrastructure. Each layer has a clear owner and a clear commercial status — so your security and procurement teams know exactly what they are running and under what terms.
Many enterprise customers pair the Xianix licence with a Xians ACP Commercial Support subscription so both layers carry SLAs from 99x.
Data & compliance
Self-hosting changes the compliance conversation: your source code, work items, and personal data stay on systems you control.
Data processed by agents stays inside your environment. 99x accesses your systems only for implementation and support, under a Data Processing Agreement with defined purposes, sub-processor terms, and audit rights.
The agreement allocates roles explicitly: your organisation acts as deployer of the AI system, with the underlying model provider's obligations sitting with the foundation-model vendor. Xianix's human-checkpoint design supports your oversight and transparency duties.
Open, inspectable prompts; explicit human approval gates; and recorded agent activity — so internal audit and security teams can see what agents did, why, and where a human decided.

The Xians Agent Control Plane is MIT-licensed open source. Xianix source is open to inspect, and evaluation or non-commercial use is free. What the annual licence covers is the supported distribution — the tested, hardened builds of the platform and official agent set, with updates, that you run in production. Agents and plugins you build are standard Claude Code plugins — they are yours, and they run with or without Xianix.
Your Xians ACP layer and your own plugins are unaffected — they are MIT licensed and yours respectively. Rights to run the supported distribution in production, along with updates, security patches, and support, end with the licence term; evaluation and non-commercial use remains free. Wind-down assistance and data export are covered in the agreement so you are never stranded.
It's optional but recommended for production. The Xianix agreement covers the Xianix layer; ACP Commercial Support adds SLAs, security advisories, and LTS builds for the control plane underneath. Many customers take both so the whole stack carries 99x commitments.
Repositories, work items, and agent context remain on your infrastructure. Agent reasoning uses your chosen Claude API arrangement (your keys or an agreed setup), subject to the model vendor's terms. 99x receives personal data only when supporting you, under the DPA.
Per-agent pricing applies to Xianix delivered inside a 99x pod engagement. The in-house enterprise setup is for organisations that want to run Xianix themselves, on their own infrastructure, with their own teams — 99x provides the licence, implementation, and upkeep.
